Membership Terms & Conditions
*Subjective to a 6 month membership
*1 treatment per month
-A valid credit card and email address is required. Memberships will be charged the beginning of each month.
-Monthly membership treatments are to be redeemed each month. Membership treatments that are not used during that month can be shared with a friend or family member.
-Unused monthly treatments can be “rolled over” but not refunded.
