Permanent Makeup & UNDO Removal Policies

PLEASE NOTE: Payment information is required to reserve your appointment for permanent makeup and UNDO removal services. You will NOT be charged unless you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or no show.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so within 48 hours of your appointment or you will be charged a fee of $100 ($50 for permanent makeup touch-up appointments). To reschedule, you will be required to pay a $100 deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your service.

If you do not show up for your appointment and no prior notice is provided, your card will be charged 50% of the total service. 

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. It is not guaranteed that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that appointments need their allocated time to get the best results possible; the process cannot be rushed.  

Permanent makeup requires a perfecting touch up appointment.  The touch up appointment must be completed within 8 weeks of the initial session. If you fail to schedule within 8 weeks, you may be required to pay additional fees. 

 All permanent makeup  and UNDO removal services and deposits are non-refundable.
